How secure is Onenessjewelry.com?

Onenessjewelry.com uses 128-bit encryption key over Secure Socket Layer (SSL) to provide the highest level of security.  SSL provides encryption between web browsers and web servers.  Data security is of primary importance and we are certified in the Payment Card Industry Council (PCI) Compliance Program through theTrustwave Trusted Commerce program validated annually.

What shipping methods do you use?

We use USPS Priority Mail and UPS, insured. Orders are typically packaged and shipped within 72 hours. Delivery time is typically 2-3 days after orders are presented to the Post Office.  An additional shipping charge may be added to your order if its weight exceeds 3 lb.

Orders sent to Europe are shipped USPS Express Mail International, insured.  Delivery times vary depending upon destination.

FedEx shipping is available upon request.  Please contact Customer Service at 1-877-ONENESS for details. 

Do you offer Rush Deliveries?

In most cases, our standard delivery time is 5-10 business days after the order is placed for all orders except custom embroidery, which is 2-3 weeks.  If there is a need for a Rush Delivery, please Contact Us and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept VISA, Mastercard, Discover, PAYPAL, and American Express through our secure merchant gateway.

What is your Return/Exchange Policy?

We guarantee your satisfaction 100%. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, simply return the product and your purchase price will be refunded, less shipping and handling charges. Custom made Minister Stoles are not returnable. All products to be returned must be returned within 30 days of the sale date in re-saleable condition.  We strongly advise you send merchandise back via US Postal Service "Insured Mail". We cannot be responsible for lost return shipments.

Can other religious symbols be incorporated into the Oneness Symbol?

Artist Isaac Soltes designed the Oneness Symbol in the early 1970's after receiving a request from one of his daughters for a Peace Symbol.  He created a design that beautifully blended the religious symbols for six major world faiths plus the Egyptian Ankh for eternal life.  Two thirds of the world's population identify with one of these fsacred symbols.

His symbol represents his vision of a world where people of many different faiths come together for the sake of peace while retaining their own set of beliefs.  He copyrighted the symbol in 1974 and we are privileged to be able to manufacture products that bring his dream of peace to the world.  We honor his vision as he designed it.

We offer a line of embroidered products that not ony feature the Oneness Symbol but also the religious symbols of other religions.  In response to our customers' requests, we have digitized dozens of different sacred symbols for our Minister Stoles.  We have also created custom logos for customers upon request.  If you would like a minister stole, lectern cloth or prayer cloth embroidered with the Oneness Symbol and another symbol, please contact us at staff@onenessjewelry.com and we'll do our best to recreate your symbol in embroidery.
