We offer a Drop Shipping program as an effective way to deliver merchandise to your customers.  You save time and money!  No need to carry an inventory of items. You pay us the Wholesale price (plus shipping) and collect the Retail value from your customer.

Packages shipped by US Priority Mail will be shipped to your customers with YOUR return address on the shipping label. You may send us your private labels and Return Policies to include with your shipments. You may also send us your cards and/or customer receipts to be placed in with each order if you wish. 

Packages shipped via UPS will have OUR return address on the shipping label UNLESS you have your own UPS account and register that with us (fax a copy of your UPS statement to 916-448-6308). UPS tracking information would be emailed to you on the shipment date.

Initial orders must be paid by credit card.  On subsequent orders, Net-30 terms are available. 

Backorders
We will notify you when a missing piece of jewelry or other item from an order arrives back in stock. 

Returns
All returns from your customer must be returned first to you.  We do not accept returns directly from your customer.  The standard 30-day return policy for Oneness Symbol Wholesale Accounts is extended by 10 days to a maximum of 40 days. A 5% re-stocking fee will be charged for returns postmarked more than 40 days from date of invoice. 

Lost Packages
Packages that do not arrive in time to your customer are not the responsibility of Oneness Symbol Inc.  If it is discovered that the error in shipment came from the shipping information you provided, replacement shipments must be made at your expense.  Claims for lost packages must be placed with the shipping carrier.
